Hello everyone.

The Canon technician has ordered a particular part for the machine and he is hoping that this will correct the problem we have been going through today. The machine jams no matter what we do.

He is hoping the part arrives Wednesday, 2/8/06 but cannot confirm the delivery time or the day for sure.
